QUOTES are prices limited to jobs which we've assessed and are confident that there are no hidden problems related to the work. The price of a quote is usually fixed for the duration of one calender month unless otherwise stated. Quotes assume that the condition of the job remains the same between the initial quote and the start of the work. Any extra work would be chargeable seperately.
ESTIMATES are prices related to jobs with possible problems or jobs which encorporate other trades not arranged by ourselves. ie working in conjunction with plumbers, electricians etc. These prices are a guideline and any extra work which effects the price would not be carried out without prior agreement.
FIXED PRICES are usually given for short-notice/emergency jobs. ie....wall needs skimming by next weekend. Fixed prices will be valid only in the short-term... usually 1 week... and are not tied to man hours.

We try to get a price right first time and not charge more for a job than the quoted/estimated price.
